Refund policy

At FORMINO, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality building materials and ensure a smooth purchasing experience. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut or personalized orders, clearance items, and damaged goods (unless due to shipping or manufacturing defects) are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@formino.us with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs.

Other Returns: For all other returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@formino.us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@formino.us.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
